"Newly remodeled", this "older" hotel "adjacent to a large mall" "pleases" some patrons with a "sparkling" interior, an "expanded" gym and "huge" rooms with those "amazing" Sleep Number bed; but the less-impressed sigh it's "seen better days", citing "old" bathrooms, food that's "ok at best" and a somewhat "sketchy" neighborhood far from Downtown businesses; P.S. "free parking" is "a definite plus."

The ottoman had a nail sticking out and
I cut myself on it, they did nothing.

This hotel had beautiful rooms and facilities, half the staff was more than willing to go out of their way to help you, whereas the other half couldn't care. But they also seemed short staffed as well. But over all a clean,friendly place. ...read more

Cleanliness of the room.

Internet not working well on the 9th floor.

We had a company event downtown the same evening we made the reservation. We paid a fair price for a very nice room. The mattress was well kept and the room was tidy. The staff was very helpful and even printed out directions to the event we were going to. Parking was adequate and the neighboring area felt safe. Great location; amazingly quiet considering it was one block from the intersection of two major freeways.

This hotel has been remodeled in the last year. It is a great hotel for the value. My room was a king size on the top floor overlooking the hills of West Austin.

Not enough parking.

The room I was originally assigned did not have good wireless internet speed. But they moved from the 6th floor to the 4th floor and it was much better. The sleep number beds are fantastic - would love to stay here again. ...read more
